Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something's not right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@phantomtechstore.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll get back to you with next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank, card provider, or payment service (including Klarna or Clearpay) may take additional time to post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items can't be returned unless defective: opened earbuds/in-ear audio products, and any item marked "Final Sale" at checkout.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Since products may ship from different supplier locations, we'll provide the correct return address for your specific item when you contact us.
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that haven't yet shipped.
Statutory Rights (UK Customers)
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to a 14-day cooling-off period for most online purchases under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
